For those interested in the Thai Ridgeback breed:
Have you ever considered a Thai Ridgeback, but would like to skip the puppy phase, or would you like to give a dog a home, then you can submit your name to the TRCN. The foster care liaison will save your information and contact you via email as soon as a dog becomes available. You will also be informed regarding the reason for placing the dog in foster care and then based on mutual agreement the decision will be made whether or not foster care is suitable for you and the dog. When accepting the responsibility of foster care, it is expected that you will become a member of the Thai Ridgeback Club, to make the transition and foster care easier for both yourself and the dog. It will also benefit communication with the TRCN and other members regarding information and events. The TRCN is only an intermediary organisation and can not be held responsible for problems that might occur in the future with a foster care dog, puppy or the previous owner.

Thai in need or foster care:
The TRCN has appointed P. Marijnissen, a member of the Board, as foster care contact for the Thai Ridgeback. If you have a well founed reason for placing a Thai Ridgeback in foster care and have its pedigree chart, you may contact the TRCN. The Thai Ridgeback is a breed with very distinct characteristics that are not easily rehabilitated. Therefore it might take some time before a suitable owner is found. The TRCN asks for a compensation for placing an advertisement on its website, club magazine, communication and, when necessary, for visiting and supporting of the dog in its current/new surroundings.
